That's a lucky find...$1M scratch ticket. Why would you buy a scratch ticket and not scratch it? It would have sucked if they guy put it in the laundry and it got destroyed before scratching it...but if that happened he probably wouldn't have known he won a cool million...I can't even win a $100 scratch ticket!
