93 Year Old Driving Instructor

93 Year old driving instructor? WTF...he probably can't even see 2 inches in front of himself! Old people should have to take driving tests after the age of 65..that's when people retire, so why not re-test them for driving? I'm all for old people keeping their licenses, but why not make sure they can still drive? Teenagers have to prove it to the states, why not old people?
